The BatterPro is a batter applicator that was designed to apply batter and tempura. You might ask yourself, “How is this possibly a batter and tempura machine?” Well the BatterPro is known to, Mix Ingredients with its horizontal mixers, Chill Mixture by regulating the temperature of the batter/tempura, Control Viscosity with a built-in viscosity cup and Apply Batter/Tempura to the product.
Versatility at its best. The SuperFlex provides multiple functions in one machine. Which means no switching out machinery to achieve different product textures. Instead, you simply convert the machine over to its different modes, FLATBED, DRUM, TRIPPLE FLIP or HAND TOSS. The wide food product variety is achievable because of the variable belt speed, automatically adjusting floating discs, and 0 - 50mm spacing adjustment.

The ProTherm’s design requires a lower oil charge because the product’s conveyor, heat exchanger, and sediment removal system functions as one unit.
